Senior Monitor Training Course Train to be a Senior Staff Assistant on Enlightenment Intensives!
As a Senior Monitor you work closely with the master, helping to guide the participants and support them in their journey of self-discovery. Senior Monitoring is a rich and rewarding way to serve people in this powerful work.
The course includes:
Phase I: Home Study of the training manual and a ten-day training July 7-17, 2008 in Toronto. This course runs at the same time as the Masters Course. Here you’ll be trained in:
- Supporting the master in running the Enlightenment Intensive
- Holding the space, being a point of support for participants
- Following ethical guidelines appropriate to this work
- Understanding the inner workings of this process
Phase II: In this part of the training you’ll receive individual guidance as you Senior Monitor on your first five Enlightenment Intensives.
Prerequisites: you’ve completed at least one Enlightenment Intensive anywhere and you are fluent in English.
This is a certificate training. An Intermediate Certificate is given upon completion of the two five-day trainings and a Full Certificate upon completion of the whole course.
Should I take the Masters Training or the Senior Monitor Training?
This depends on a number of factors such as your background working with people, how long you have been involved with Enlightenment Intensives, and your long term intentions with this work. If you have questions about which training would be better for you, contact Lawrence to discuss your situation.
